Refund and Returns Policy

Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your DHUHA experience. We happily accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.

• The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process: To start a return, email support@smheaven.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus original shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.

• Exceptions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on unit/product that have been opened or had the safety seal broken.
