Affiliate Program

1. Program Overview

The DHUHA Affiliate Program is operated by SMHeaven LLC. By joining, you agree to these Terms. The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers via their unique dedicated page (smheaven.com/ref/[handle]) or referral link.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid email and payment account, and not be a direct employee or immediate family member of SMHeaven LLC. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Dedicated Affiliate Page

Upon approval we create a page at smheaven.com/ref/[handle], hosted and owned by SMHeaven LLC. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable licence to promote this URL. You may customise your tagline and bio via your dashboard. Paid advertising to your page is permitted provided content complies with platform policies and makes no prohibited health claims.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on every completed, non-refunded sale via their dedicated page or referral link. Tracking is via server-side attribution (page URL) and 30-day cookie (referral link). Commissions are credited after the 14-day refund window clears.

5. Payouts

Minimum payout threshold: $50.00. Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month. Payment is arranged by a dedicated account manager via wire transfer, direct deposit or international remittance. Any transaction fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.

6. Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be active and you must have completed at least 1 sale within the last 30 days. Accounts with no sales for 90 consecutive days may be marked as dormant. Dormant accounts retain their rank and earned balance, and can be reactivated by generating a new sale.

7. Milestone Rewards

Milestone rewards (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are issued automatically when verified sales thresholds are reached. Ranks are permanent once earned and are not subject to monthly maintenance requirements. Physical rewards are shipped free of charge. Digital rewards are delivered via your dashboard. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. SMHeaven LLC reserves the right to modify the rewards program with 30 days' notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT: (a) make medical or disease-cure claims; (b) use spam or deceptive advertising; (c) bid on DHUHA branded keywords in paid search without prior written approval; (d) misrepresent your relationship with DHUHA; (e) use DHUHA trademarks outside approved materials; (f) offer unauthorised discounts; (g) self-refer.

9. Health Claims Compliance

All content must comply with FTC guidelines. Include a clear affiliate disclosure. You may not claim the product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. We may immediately suspend for breach, fraud, or brand-damaging conduct. Earned commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid in the next payout cycle.

11. Modifications

We may modify commission rates or Terms with 14 days' email notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

SMHeaven LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
